Refund Policy

We want Beside to be worth it. Here’s how refunds work for Beside Birth purchases.

Your own year

Buying a year of Beside for yourself is final, and there are no automatic refunds. We may refund a purchase case by case, at our discretion, for example after a pregnancy loss. To ask, email contact@besidebirth.info or use the contact form. We’ll be kind about it.

Gifts

If a gift hasn’t been opened yet, we can refund it in full up to one year after purchase. Unopened gifts never expire. To ask, email contact@besidebirth.info or use the contact form.

What a refund means

A refund or payment dispute ends the matching year of access. If a gift is refunded, its gift link stops working.

App store purchases

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow Apple’s and Google’s refund processes.
